Meet the Team

With over 23 years experience working in childcare and having opened Sarah's Little Angels in 2005 I am dedicated to running the highest quality childcare setting. 

Having started as a childminder when my first child was born I have grown the business into the success that it is today with now three Outstanding Ofsted ratings and years of delivering quality childcare to dozen of Little ones. 

I think the key to our continued success is always striving to keep learning and continuous professional development is key to this.

I am currently enrolled in a new course, the Early years professional development programme.  

Delivered through a blended approach of independent eLearning and group-based webinars, the EYPDP enables practitioners to enhance their knowledge and skills in supporting the development of children across three key areas - Communication and Language, Early Mathematics, and Personal, Social and Emotional Development (PSED).  

I have a BA honours degree in History.

I hold a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. A full Paediatric First aid. Designated Safeguarding lead training and I have also completed a SENCO course funded through the local authority and am the setting SENCO.

I am also a member of the Stockport Childminding network.

Leanne has been part of the team since 2018.

She has a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and over 10 years of experience working with young children.

She has her Paediatric First aid and Safeguarding qualification. 

Isabelle started with us in 2020 as an apprentice straight from school.

During her time with us Isabelle has completed her Level 2 Early years practitioner and her Level 3 Early years educator recently with a distinction. 

Isabelle also holds a full Paediatric First Aid and safeguarding qualification.

Leeanne works part time and has also been with us now since 2018.

During that time she has completed a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.

Elisa joined us in 2024. As a mum of 4 children she has a wealth of experience in caring for young children. 

Her most recent role was as a Teaching Assistant in a local primary school but she has always been passionate about wanting to work with very young children.

She will be starting a Level 3 qualification in April 2024.

She holds a full Paediatric First aid and has safeguarding training.

Tracy has been with us since 2014 and is our nursery cook and housekeeper. 

She helps to provide nutritious homemade meals each day for our children, prepares snacks, helps with feeding the youngest children and covers our staff lunches whilst also keeping everywhere clean and ship shape!
